Client Feedback

You can test this services out by choosing 10 of your clients and we will get their feedback on your service through an independent telephone interview. Full results from the interviews and a short results report will be provided to you.

How much? The price for a survey using a standard interview template starts at £675 (plus VAT). But we can also set up bespoke feedback surveys which the questions tailored to your specific requirements.

The unsung hero of marketing. In consumer markets, investment in research is a well-established discipline and an integral part of any effective new product development process.
