At the Fedora Consultancy we aim to get ‘under the skin’ of your practice and work closely with you to develop a fundamental understanding of your business and your needs. In turn, this enables us to produce a tailored plan for the future that can be put into action effectively, quickly and within an agreed budget. This could include an overhaul of your current brand identity and reputation or strategies to address specific issues arising from legislative changes, such as HIPs.

Developing a strategy at the outset can help to make sure that decisions regarding investment in other activities - whether it be advertising, corporate hospitality, a customer relationship programme or a review of your company literature – are considered within the overall goals and objectives of your firm.

Our strategic consultancy service begins with an initial consultation meeting to establish your current situation and desired objectives, followed by a longer visit to your offices to meet with the relevant members of your team. Depending on the identified goals and objectives, the strategic approach may incorporate any of the following:

  • Marketing audit – the big picture for your firm

  • Brand development strategies

  • Competitor analyses

  • Database analyses

  • Customer relationship strategies

The subsequent report features:

  • An analysis and summary of your practice’s current situation

  • Identification of the key issues for your firm internally and externally with regard to customers and competitors

  • Recommendations for implementation and future action

Consultancy can then be extended to give you ongoing support and advice - either via retainer or on a bespoke or project-by-project basis – as you put your plans into practice.
